Not going to lie, when you come across a site that looks like Canvasdiscount, there can be a bit of legitimacy questioning. I'm here to tell you that they are indeed a case where you should not judge a book by its cover. They were easy to work with, the product (35 different masks) came out just like the pictures and they arrived within 6 days! Couldn't be happier that I chose to use them for my film's masks. 5/5
I have been in the graphics industry for 25 years. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Actually they have NO customer service. There is no way of getting in touch with them for help with issues. I tried calling, many times - no answer. I emailed, many times - no response. I attempted to chat, many times - never a live agent available. They guarantee satisfaction, but it is impossible to get in touch with them.

I found Canvas Discount on FaceBook. I wanted to print some of my of my 22,000 + photos of Italy, but I didn't want to spend a fortune. This site had an offer and I decided to try it. Within 10 days, I had my photos on canvas and they are breathtaking. I was so pleased, I just ordered 5 more. This is now my go to printing site. Try it. You will not be disappointed.
I got my canvas photo for the cost of shipping only. Otherwise, I think the prices are high and would not of ordered. It did turn out nicely though.

Follow your screen, it will ask you to upload your photos… If the photo is printable, a scale of sizes and prices will appear for you to select which size and then offer a variety of ways to pay, Pay Pal, credit or debit card and so on…
Depending on how busy will determine how long it takes to process. No matter how busy, typically the process is pretty quick then depending on which mailing company, USPS, UPS and so on, mailing usually takes quite a few days depending on the distance but you will be able to track your package the entire distance to your doorstep… The delivery company like UPS always takes longer than CanvasDiscount. I think most all complaints are about how long it takes the mailing of the package and not about the quality of the printing which is always outstanding…
